Fall Concert

Celebrate Veteran’s Day with the Louisville Winds in an afternoon filled with vibrant and heartfelt music. From the bold sounds of Ralph Vaughan Williams’ “Flourish for Wind Band” to the majestic beauty of Wagner’s “Elsa’s Procession to the Cathedral,” the program offers a powerful tribute. Julie Giroux’s radiant “Sun in C” and Arturo Márquez’s lively “Danzon No. 2” will add excitement, while Ryan Nowlin’s “Let Freedom Ring” and Clare Grundman’s “Concord” honor American spirit. The afternoon concludes with a stirring performance of Irving Berlin’s “God Bless America” and Sousa’s rousing “The Federal March”—a perfect salute to our veterans!
